Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping calculator is under construction at the moment, so we will email you the shipping cost after you place an order. You can then decide whether you want to go ahead with the purchase.

What's the cost of shipping?

It is $5.00 anywhere in New Zealand.

What are your return policies?

You and your baby's enjoyment of our carriers are the most important to us and we will do our best to help if you happen to be unsatisfied with your carrier. If you find that after trying the carrier on, you need a bigger/smaller sized pouch or longer straps for the Mei Tai, then simply return it within two weeks of purchase and we will exchange your carrier at no extra cost. If for any reason, you just don't think the carrier will work for you, then send it back to us within two weeks of purchase and we will refund your money.

When will my order arrive?

Since most of our baby carriers are made to order, it generally takes 1-2 days before your order is sent. Then they are sent via NZ Post which takes 2-3 working days.

Are your baby slings padded?

Yes, all our baby slings have padding on one end of the leg rail to provide extra comfort for baby's legs when they are in the vertical carries such as the hip carry, back carry and the tummy-to-tummy carry.

Is my baby sling too small for me?

Baby slings are designed to be quite tight-fitting to ensure comfort for you and safety for your baby. A loose-fitting sling may cause back pain for you and concerns about baby falling out of the sling. The bottom of the sling should be somewhere between your tummy-button and your hip bone. Other indicators that your sling is too small is if you find it impossible to put your baby in no matter how much you suck your tummy in, or you feel uncomfortable because the sling is pulling too tight.

Is my baby sling too big for me?

The sling is too big if the bottom of the pouch is too far below your hip bone. It may also feel uncomfortable when you have your baby in the sling and the bottom of the pouch is "digging" into your hip bone.
